Holder, by using this card, agrees to the terms and conditions contained in the ________ customer's agreement and agrees to pay for all purchases made by anyone using this card prior to surrendering it to Issuer or receipt by Issuer of written notice that card has been lost or stolen.
持卡人，一旦使用此卡，即同意（× × ×卡顧客協(xié)議）所含的條款規(guī)定，并同意支付在繳還此卡給發(fā)卡銀行或在發(fā)卡銀行收到此卡已經遺失或被盜的書面通知之前，任何人使用此卡進行的一切賒購。
This card remains the property of the Issuer, who may cancel privileges at any time and Issuer reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time. Any credit extended is at option of merchant. Holder agrees to surrender card upon demand.
本卡作為發(fā)卡銀行的財產，其可隨時取消特權，發(fā)卡銀行保留有隨時修改本卡條款規(guī)定的權利。所有的信貸給予權在于商人。持卡人同意一旦要求便繳還本卡。
